7. Is My Data Stored Securely?
All data is housed within an award winning, secure location in London’s Docklands and is backed up twice daily. Additionally, all data is constantly backed up to a second secure location outside of the UK . You can also download your data in a number of formats at any time.
8. What Support is Provided?
We provide comprehensive telephone and online support. For further details please visit the Support Section of our website.
9. What Training Is Provided?
We will ask you to nominate one or two key members of staff who we will train for a day. This is normally more than sufficient but if additional training is required it will be provided by arrangement. We also supply full documentation.
10. Can I Import Data From My Existing Software into Venterre?
We are able to import data from most existing applications. Please contact us for further details.
11. Can Venterre be Customized to Reflect My Corporate Identity?
Yes. Everything from the interface to the standard letters will be branded to reflect your corporate identity.
12. What Upgrade Paths are Available?
We are constantly developing Venterre and regularly release new or updated modules. We also welcome any feedback or specific requests for new or improved features that you may have.
